Policies & General Information:

Cancellation Policy

  • I request the courtesy of 48 hours cancellation notice. 
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged a $20 fee. 
  • Repeat cancellations will require pre-pay to schedule future sessions.
  • 'No Show will require pre-pay to schedule future sessions.
  • Pre-paid sessions will not receive a refund for not attending session.

Late Start Policy

  • I regret that not being ready to begin your session will not allow me to provide time extensions that will interfere with another person's scheduled session. I will adjust therapy to end as scheduled and you will be responsible for the full payment of your session.

Treatment Etiquette

  • To fully enjoy your experience, please silence cell phone and minimize other distractions.
  • Aim2Ease is committed to a professional environment. 
  • Therapist will not tolerate any inappropriate language, conduct or sexual connotations. If behaviors are deemed inappropriate, the treatment will be ended immediately and you will be responsible for the full payment of the treatment fee.


Prior to Appointment.

  • For first time clients, To help me customize your session, I will contact you a few days prior to our appointment to complete a health profile, discuss treatment strategies, and answer any questions about policies. Health information in protected by HIPPA laws.
  • You should arrive approximately 5-10 minutes early for set up for your session. Allow 15-min longer than your scheduled session for set up and removal of supplies plus conversation time.

Upon Arrival

  • For first time clients, we will take a few additional minutes to review and sign a contract for services.
  • Prior to each session, we will review any changes in health status and discuss goals as you are positioned for maximum comfort during session.
  • Sessions include working on and/or near your body. Please let me know if their are any areas that you do not want work done.
