BRAND
Educate yourself on how essential oils are processed and then be selective in choosing brand. There are many oils that are not pure and/or are very diluted and thus less effective.
METHOD
Using essential oils includes aromatic and topical use which are the simplest methods. You will also find varying opinions about ingestion.
DILUTION
Essential oils are very concentrated; use them sparingly and remember less is more. There are varying opinions regarding using essential oils "neat" or undiluted. Although quality oils seem expensive, when used appropriately, they last a long time.
